- The product was damaged/ defected
- Wrong item delivered
If the product arrives damaged, incomplete or inaccurate, you should contact us and send a picture of the product through Instagram or WhatsApp . This needs to be done within 24 hours of receiving your order. Following things are to be mentioned
- Order Number
- Your name
- WhatsApp number
- Issue in the product
You will get an approval message for your request after which you can send back us the order.
The product must be returned neatly packed along original undamaged packaging material. If an address is mentioned in the approval message send the product through a reputed courier to it. Send the snapshot of courier receipt with us over Instagram or WhatsApp.
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
